shrimp scampi linguine.

My friend Taylor has a wonderful blog Love in Spoonfuls. I actually start off my morning after breakfast reading her blog to give myself some ideas of what to make for dinner while I have my morning snack. It was on her blog that I came across Ina Garten's linguine with shrimp scampi recipe. With a little bit extra of some ingredients here and there (aka more butter, garlic and chili flakes) it was one of the better pasta's I have ever made. Lemony, buttery, garlicy, with fresh juicy large shrimp... shrimply divine.

YAY! So glad you liked. Tail-on prawns are so much better looking.... but I'm a baby and insist that others remove mine prior to them even touching my plate. PS heard you're going on a crazy adventure?! Re-add me to bbm, my phone went haywire and deleted everyone.
This dish is just mouth-watering. I think it has to do with the idea that it smells so delicious with all the garlic and the chili flakes on it.
I didn't have breakfast today and I'm so hungry sitting in the office - saw this pic and made me want! I'm going to try it this week <3 thanks for the link
take care
