Located in Gastown, Nicli Antica is one of the best pizzeria's that I have been to in Vancouver. Their "authentic Neopolitan pizza" satisfies my taste buds completely... just thinking about it as I type this is making my mouth water, even though it was just an hour ago that I was there. You can see pizza getting made through the glass window, from the beginning to the end. The pizza is cooked in a 900ºF wood-fired oven which equals crunchy crusts and soft middles. The pizza is the perfect size for one person, but if you're with guests, splitting a few between everyone will let you have a nice variety of bites. See the pictures for descriptions.

Oregano oil and hot chili oil to drizzle on your pizza. Pesto - basil pesto with pine nuts, fior di latte, garlic, locally sourced tomato Bianca - extra virgin olive oil, parmigiano, roasted garlic, roasted onion, oregano, gorgonzola "Daily Special" pizza in the back - I got some of the extra goat cheese from it and put it on my crusts so they were more enjoyable.
