I originally had planned to wear something more exciting going to Harajuku, but we ended up going there randomly so I was wearing possibly the most casual outfit worn during my whole stay in Tokyo... I definitely did not stand out amongst the multitude of girls wearing costume-like attire, adorning elaborate hair styles and vibrant make up. I loved it. I should have taken pictures of some of the Harajuku style, but being the awkward person that I am, I couldn't get myself to do it. Harajuku was so lovely, and had plenty of intriguing vintage shops to peruse. We spent all day there roaming around the hidden streets until our feet hurt and we finally made our way back to Akasaka.

Actually, Matina, you totally do stand out. Based off of all the crazy get up I've ever read or seen of Harajuku.... You actually stand out because you're so simple and chic. I love the Chic Charlie Chaplin look you've got going on. It might be casual, but I guess that just means you're fucking brilliant, because I think it's amazing.
