dumplings.

Din Tai Fung dumpling house was visited after the 4 hour shop at the Rose Bowl. It was worth the long wait, and once we were seated we got our food fairly quickly. We got 2 orders of pork dumplings, 2 orders of fish dumplings, 2 orders of veggie dumplings (I had an order of the fish and veggie dumplings which were amazing). Along with the delicious and generous serving of 20 dumplings each, we were served perfectly cooked and seasoned vegetables, fried rice, and cold appetizers. These pictures do not do justice to the food. We ended our feast with fresh steamed buns.

Din Tai Fung is amazing. We have it here in Sydney too and it's always long lines outside (min. 30 minutes) for the best dumplings you've ever had. These photos are delectable I would lick my screen but that would be wrong! Hahaha
Lots of love from Sydney,

How amazing does this look! Got a craving for dumplings now, thanks for sharing!
Omg this looks amazing! I very rarely have proper dim sum, and the closest I've ever gotten to genuinely good Chinese food is at Bao Bei. I'm so hungry right now, the timing of this post is unfortunate because now I'm even hungrier...damn it Matina!

THIS is probably one of my favorite restaurants...my boyfriend tried it in China (he said it was considered to be much more high end in China) and since he's been back, we go to the one in Arcadia regularly...you mentioned that you tried the pork, but if you go back try the pork with shrimp (my favorite) and try the red bean dumplings for dessertt..
This post is making me want to cancel some of my plans to go their this weekend. Anyway, your blog is awesome!
