Lunch at Acme Cafe on Sunday, a little place in Gastown. My friend and I both got the Veggie sandwich, which consisted of goat cheese, portobello mushroom, peppers, zucchini, sprouts, and sun-dried tomato basil mayo on a panini grilled Ciabatta. Ryan got the Ciabatta grilled cheese with cheddar, swiss, brie, and a cranberry-Grand Marnier relish - I happily accepted his half of the sandwich and enjoyed every bite. Each meal came with a side of broccoli almond slaw and chips or soup. If you're ever in the area, be sure to try this place out!

I love Acme Cafe- not going to lie, the potato chips are a big part of the appeal :) The veggie sandwich is my go-to... So delicious! Have you ever had their pie? It's to die for!

@rye it really was quite wonderful. the pictures don't give it any justice at all. i was too focused on the food i couldn't concentrate on the light settings haha. #doublemmm
Definitely good for a chilly fall lunch; the pies looked pretty tempting...
we go there a lot for pie and coffee (great coffee!!) but never cared for the food. x e
