Everything about today was beautiful. The skies were clear and the sun was shining, and I got to enjoy an amazing breakfast with my Valentine. We both got in-house smoked salmon bennys and a side of pancakes because we couldn't resist. The fresh blackberry filled pancakes tasted amazing with sugar coated vanilla butter and apple jam spread generously on top. Two chefs is a great little restaurant in Gastown with a lovely atmosphere. It was a great start to a great day. Happy Valentines!
